WSO2 – Software Engineering Intern
Choreo Internal Developer Platform Team
- • One-Click Sample Deployment: Built a streamlined mechanism to deploy sample applications with a single click, enhancing the onboarding experience for new users by reworking the UI and backend workflow.
- • Dynamic OpenAPI Specification Fetching: Solved the challenge of dynamically fetching OpenAPI specifications from running user applications instead of requiring them to be committed to Git repositories. Studied Choreo's existing OpenAPI integration pipeline and investigated underlying technologies (Kubernetes, Cilium, KEDA for autoscaling) to identify integration points and implement real-time OpenAPI retrieval from live services.
- • OpenAI Images Ballerina Connector: Created and published a connector enabling image generation, editing, and variation using OpenAI's API via Ballerina, following WSO2's OSS standards with GitHub PRs, code reviews, and semantic documentation.
